Our Story
Built on family, sacrifice & vision.
Uncharted Adventures Cafe is a downtown Bakersfield coffee shop for people who like to explore — one cup at a time. We pour coffees inspired by flavors from around the world and bake our croffles fresh, so every visit feels like a little expedition.
A family business at heart, Uncharted is co-owned with son Christopher. The goal was always more than a coffee stop: an intentional space on 19th Street where you can slow down, settle in, and feel at home.
